Carriage Carriage charges (where applicable) will cover the cost involved in sending your order from us to you.
We will, where possible, notify you of dispatch and provide you with a tracking number so you can track your consignment online.
Failure to accept the consignment may result in it being returned to us, which will result in a re-delivery charge.
Faulty Items
We
will
replace any items which develop a fault or fail as a result of
mechanical failure within 12 months from date of purchase.
These
items will be replaced on the condition that the faulty part is returned
to us for visual inspection. Returns Items
that are deemed 'no longer required' will be accepted if returned
within 7 days from date of delivery. All returns must be as-new and
unused.
Customer is responsible for all costs incurred in
returning items.
All returns must be sent using either a courier
service or a postal service. Please contact us for a return address.
