Using a Dry Wash Pressure Vessel is an alternative process of washing biodiesel during the production process.

Passing biodiesel through a media contained within the tower will remove impurities such as sodium hydroxide, methanol, soap and water left which have been left suspended in the fuel during production.

Dry Wash Towers give the operator the flexibility to produce large volumes of biodiesel with minimal effort and in very short periods of time.

Which tower is for me?
There are a variety of different tower sizes available from us, and sometimes it can be very confusing when deciding which one to buy.

We advise people who produce biodiesel for their personal consumption to choose a smaller tower, whereas those who wish to make large volumes should consider using a larger unit.
